When members need additional assistance with their benefits, our Dallas-based Bi-lingual Member Support Team is available by phone (800-800-7616) Monday to Friday 7 am to 7 pm CST and Saturday 8 am to 5 pm CST.

We proactively promote your benefits and offer easy access to our products and services. Technology makes this easier to achieve, specifically through mobile apps and web portals. Mobile apps empower members to use their benefits anytime and anywhere. Personal Membership Kit

Along with My Benefits Work, employees (members) are mailed personalized membership card and booklet which explains how to use their benefits and provide necessary phone numbers and websites for access.
