Teladoc $15 Visit Fee: 24/7 access to doctors by phone or video. Doctors offer a diagnosis, treatment options, and prescription, if medically necessary. Treatment for common medical issues such as colds, flu, poison ivy, bronchitis, Urinary tract infection, sinus problems, ear infection and respiratory infections. Doctors respond in 10 minutes on average. Serves as an affordable alternative to urgent care centers and ER visits. Registered dietitians are also available to help members develop personalized eating plans or manage long-term health conditions for $50 per phone/video consultation, and Dermatologists are available for consults for a quick, convenient, and discreet treatment plan within 2 business days for skin conditions such as rash, acne, psoriasis, suspicious moles, and more for $85 per phone/video consultation.
Health Advocate™ Solutions: Every service exists to help untangle the confusing nature of healthcare. Advocates provide navigation for insurance claims, treatment options, and more. Call Health Advocate for coordination care among multiple providers, arranging second opinions, transferring medical records, assisting with eldercare, and locating in-network doctors or specialists. Experts review medical bills, correct errors, and negotiate discounts. Nurses are on-call 24/7 to answer non-urgent health questions.
Counseling Services: Need to talk it out? Let experienced counselors help address personal problems from the comfort and convenience of home. Call 24/7 for an assessment, then schedule up to six free phone sessions to discuss job issues, financial or legal stress, relationship issues, grief or loss, and more. Counselors have a Masters Degree and at least 5 years of experience. Counselors follow up and monitor progress until you are satisfied.
